Full description: The "Sandy Wave" Knitted Ripple Lace Scarf was inspired by the wave patterns that the surf makes in the sand as is rushes back to the ocean.
This is a great knitted lace pattern for beginner to intermediate knitters.
I used 2 skeins of Misti Alpaca Sport yarn which is super soft and I selected a color which reminded me of a pebble strewn sandy seashore. Select a light weight yarn or sport yarn if you would like to maintain gauge. However, you could probably use almost any yarn you like to knit up a beautifully textured, wavy lace scarf in a variety of sizes.
